Very close to the station, which made it easy to get around. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We loved the big bathtub after a long day exploring. The location is perfect for day trips to Kusatsu Onsen and other attractions. Free coffee near the front desk is a nice touch! ☕

Cleanliness stood out, especially in the common areas and the room, where I appreciated the mineral water provided. Breakfast offered a simple but satisfying buffet. Parking is limited, but there's a public lot nearby. The room, however, felt cramped with two twin beds, making it challenging to move around, especially with the large furniture. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy which disrupted my sleep. I encountered language barriers with the staff on a couple of occasions, which made communication difficult. Despite its drawbacks, the stay is solid value for a short visit to the area.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Karuizawa Station and the bus terminals. I loved having a bike rental right across the street to explore nearby attractions.

However, the decor felt dated, and my phone in the room didn’t work at all. The bathroom had some cleanliness issues with hair on the walls, which was a bit off-putting.

The Single Room in the New Wing was surprisingly good for the price. It was clean and had a decent layout, making it comfy enough for a short stay. The location can't be beat, just a quick stroll from the train station. Only downside was the phone didn’t work, which was a bit annoying but not a huge deal. Overall, it met my needs as a solo traveler.

Our overnight stay was pleasant, with quick access to local transportation. The nearby restaurant provided tasty BBQ, although we wish for more dining options. The room felt a bit dated but had decent amenities. Renting a bike across the road was a fun way to explore the area.
